Crabanero Roasted Cajun Wings
Crabanero Crab Cakes
Crabanero Cocktail Sauce Crabanero Cocktail Bloody Mary Recipe
1 1/2 # Very Ripe Plum Tomatoes (diced and seeded)
1 med. Red Onion (fine dice)
23 cloves garlic (minced
1/4 c. roasted green chilies (diced)
1/4 c. Cilantro (course chop)
1/4 c Olive Oil
1/2 lime, squeezed
salt & pepper to taste
Mix
all ingredients and try to let sit for 1 hour. After it has, you’ll
notice that some liquid has formed, strain off a 1/4 cup and reserve
for Mango Salsa.

2 T. Cajun spice
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
Toss all ingredients into bowl allow to marinate for up to " hour or as
long as 3 hours. Lay marinated wings out on baking sheet, you can
sprinkle w/ extra Cajun spice at this point. Roast for 25-30 minutes or
till the wings form a golden brown crust.

1 # Special crab meat
2 Eggs
1 c. fresh bread crumb
" c. mayo
" c. fresh chopped parsley
! c. Sliced scallions
" c. minced celery
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. Wooster Shooster
Crabanero to taste (we start @ a Tbs. And work our way up!) Toss all
ingredients together and form 10-12 cakes. Pan sear in butter and enjoy
with plenty of Crabanero™ brand hot sauce.

2 T. fresh horse radish
! lemon juiced
Crabanero™ to taste
Fresh cracked pepper 1 can Sacramento tomato juice
1 lime juiced
1/4 cup prepared horse radish 2 T Crabanero™ or more to taste Fresh cracked pepper 1 tsp. celery seed 1/4 cup dijon mustard
In a container, with tight fitting lid, large enough to hold all ingredients, ad all ingredients and shake vigorously. Fill
a pint glass with ice, add a jigger or so of your favorite vodka, add
Crabanero Cocktail mix, shake or stir, add celery stick and and lime
and serve. Serve with more Crabanero brand hot sauce on the side and enjoy
